IT Business Analyst - FX Pricing (Application Support)

Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week

Job Responsibilities:
Support the FX Trading and Sales desks by facilitating front-office FX pricing workflows and coordinating interactions with other market-related business systems.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring timely communication and prioritization aligned with business impact.
Act as a liaison between local users and the head office development teams to coordinate enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and refine system functionality.
Participate in system upgrades by conducting system validation, coordinating user testing, and ensuring smooth deployment and post-release support.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain.
3+ years of experience in a client-facing or support role.
Strong understanding of FX products, particularly SPOT, SWAP and Forward.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Experience with SQL, FIX protocols, or RESTful APIs is an advantage.
Solid experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Kanban methodologies and JIRA is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently as well as in team environments.

Full Time Employee
Compensation:
The expected salary ranges from $75,000 - $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
